We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our team in Orem, Utah. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting processes. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles related to revenue.

How you will make an impact

• Process and record revenue transactions in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Reconcile revenue-related accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and revenue reporting.
• Analyze contracts and agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and billing, to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the revenue accounting function.

What we are looking for

• This is a hybrid position, requiring one in-office day per week (Thursday) at our Orem office.
