We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Provider Success Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will serve as a continuous point of contact for our healthcare providers after they have completed the onboarding process. You will guide providers through any challenges, addressing questions, and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction and seamless operation within our network. You will receive a warm handoff from the Provider Engagement/Onboarding Specialist and will be responsible for maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with providers in your assigned region. We are seeking candidates who are located within 50-miles of Grand Rapids, MI. This role requires weekly in-office presence (or fieldwork, meetings, etc.), and the ideal candidate must be able to commute or reside in the surrounding areas to meet this requirement.
