As we transition from a fee-for-service model to value-based care, we seek a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Clinical Education to lead our educational initiatives and support our team through this significant change.
The Opportunity
The Vice President of Clinical Education will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive clinical education programs. This leadership role will focus on enhancing the clinical competencies of our nurse practitioners and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. A key aspect of this role will be supporting the team in successfully transitioning from fee-for-service to value-based care models and implementing new clinical initiatives.

They've grown to over 100 community partners across the west coast, and are backed by notable investors including Google and YCombinator - and the growth of the over-65 population doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.
