We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting and support the growth of our value based care initiatives.
The Opportunity
The Clinical Recruiter role at Pine Park Health is a crucial position within the Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This role plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our value-based care initiatives. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and making offers for clinical roles and leadership positions, including but not limited to Nurse Practitioners and Medical Directors.
