From private residences and long-term care to assisted living facilities, our team of nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and care providers visits patients where they’re most comfortable, creating a seamless, convenient, and personalized process for seniors and their caretakers.

Here's a mindblowing stat about aging in the US: in 2020, 1 in 6 people were over 65. In 1920, this was less than 1 in 20. Here's another one: from 2010-2020 alone, the number increased by 15.5 million. With this huge spike in the aging population, senior living communities have grown massively in popularity. The reality: huge communities of seniors need access to medical care. Enter Pine Park Health, which is blending primary care, in-home care, and geriatric care for senior living communities to give patients greater access to care from the comfort of their homes. They've grown to over 100 community partners across the west coast, and are backed by notable investors including Google and YCombinator - and the growth of the over-65 population doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.
