In this role you will be responsible for all aspects related to the architectural, design and construction processes of opening new Sollis Health centers across the nation. As a member of the Expansion Team, you will directly manage the comprehensive project from pre-design and design phases, through construction administration, opening and close-out.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage design & construction of projects with a typical range in size from 3,000-6,000 SF. Draw upon architectural and construction expertise and provide direction to internal and external teams to execute well designed operationally successful on-brand projects.
• Prepare RFPs for design, engineering and specialty consultants and manage them throughout the projects.
• Review consultant, vendor and contractor design submissions, shop drawings, documents and associated deliverables and engage internal and external teams where appropriate. Ensure programmatic, medical operations, brand, and design requirements are met or exceeded.
