Job Description
As a CRM Salesforce Associate at Sollis Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce CRM systems within the organization. You will work closely with the Revenue and Product/IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce and assist in delivering effective solutions to meet business needs. This role reports to the Manager, Salesforce CRM.
Full Time Remote Opportunity - M-F 9:00am - 5:00 pm EST
The role is open to remote work in the following states only Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them on how to effectively utilize Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Assist in data entry, data cleansing, and data maintenance tasks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within the Salesforce system.
- Generate standard reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into key performance metrics, sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant business data.
