As a Supervisor of Lab Operations at Sollis Health you will play an important role in our patient’s care by managing our moderately complex labs in your region that are CLIA certified. Our in-house lab function is critical to our success in providing our members/patients with timely and accurate results that help our providers determine a diagnosis and treat accordingly. This position reports to the region’s Manager of Operations.   

Scheduled: 5 shifts a week, 2 shifts a month will be on the weekend and 1 shift will be at the Hamptons location. Hours are 9am - 5pm. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee Sollis’ moderate complex lab operations in your region including but not limited to, new lab setup, vendor management, training and policies.
• Manages new lab setup including; submitting initial CLIA applications, ordering new lab equipment and lab supplies, lab implementation, setting up new lab vendor accounts, etc.
• Maintaining current CLIA Certifications. (Updating facility addresses, change in Lab Directors, add/remove lab testing, updating personnel, ...
