Regional Director, Operations
Job Description
As a Regional Director of Operations [insert region at Sollis Health you will provide strategic and tactical leadership for our concierge emergency and urgent care clinics within your region reporting directly to the VP, Operations. You will be responsible for the oversight of the leadership team in your region as well as the front desk coordinators, radiology team, lab team and clinical support team. You will also provide a safe and compassionate experience for our members and their families as well as a supportive and productive environment for our Providers and other team members. You will work on process improvement opportunities, strategic planning and clinical integration opportunities that align with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Operations Management
- Provide support and guidance to Supervisors, clinical staff and senior leadership, regarding all aspects of operations and patient care delivery in your region.
