We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Associate to join the Sollis Health team. In this role, you will work closely with the executive leadership team, support high-level projects, manage office operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the company’s success. You will serve as a key team member in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution within the organization, balancing traditional executive support with office management responsibilities. Reports to SVP of People. 

Hybrid position must be NYC HQ 2-3 days/week, pending CEO schedule

Executive Support

• Work closely with the CEO to ensure the efficient functioning of the CEO's office by managing priorities, calendar, and activities.
• Act as a gatekeeper to strategically manage the CEO's time, ensuring alignment with the company's priorities, goals, and objectives.
• Provide direct administrative support to the broader executive leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, reporting and preparing agendas.
