Sollis Health is building a category-defining healthcare brand—and we’re hiring a Manager of Product Strategy & Analytics to help lead that effort.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with ownership of our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll define what we offer, how we package it, and how we bring it to market—driving decisions that sit at the center of our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll also serve as a thought partner on key initiatives, bringing analytical rigor, operational follow-through, and a sharp strategic point of view.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic scope and definition of Sollis’s service offerings
- Lead positioning, packaging, and messaging of current products—running structured tests to optimize effectiveness in market
- Build and maintain a product roadmap of opportunities to serve new and existing members’ needs
- Design and operationalize new services and pilots; partner cross-functionally to bring them to market, assess impact, and scale

Ask any American - the emergency room is scary - both financially, and medically. There's been a huge growth in "urgent care" centers in the US over the past two decades to address this gap, but potential ER visits still cause anxiety for millions of Americans. Enter Sollis Health, which is combining concierge urgent care and emergency care, lending innovation and disruption to both the urgent care and emergency room care environments post-pandemic. Utilizing a membership-only structure, it's an interesting way to approach emergency care "pre-emergency" by combining urgent care access with those unforeseen emergencies.
